March 16, 6:30 pm -- There is no better way to get ready for the upcoming golf season then attending the âSpring Smokerâ.
Both the fall and spring Smokers are open to all current and prospective MGA members. Any âNEWâ members who are interested in joining the MGA are encouraged to attend. Itâs a great way to meet other members, find out what the MGA is all about and look ahead to the 2015 season and the upcoming schedule.
Saturday, March 21 -- Take your best shot on 15 in this bracket-style, one-shot elimination event. In this elimination skills event, 64 players complete in a match play event where the player with the closest shot to the hole wins and advances to the next round. As in the NCAA basketball tournament, players are seeded by handicap in four 16-player brackets. The winning player advances to the next round.
Sunday, May 29 --The Hidden Creek Men's Golf Association (MGA) organizes and sponsors, in coordination with the Pro Shop, three Breakfast Tournaments each year. The MGA Cup is a season-long match play tournament. Beginning in early April the tournament is comprised of two major parts, the Initial Rounds and the Final Rounds. During the Initial Rounds, players are flighted in eight-man brackets seeded by USGA Index. Bracket winners advance to Final Bracket of Match Play. April 17, 18 and 19 -- Since 1980, a distinguished list of Hidden Creek members have earned the right to wear the coveted Green Coat. The Green Coat is the first major of the MGA season and is considered by many to be the most prestigious. This year marks the 47th time members will compete for the coveted Green Coat.

May 16 and May 17, 2015 As its name implies, the "Challenge" is a fun two-man event. Its "Eclectic" format is designed to encourage aggressive play, while also keeping each team in the competition for the whole weekend. At the end of the tournament, each team will submit one aggregate 18-hole score. The team score will be determined by selecting the best score for each hole from both days. Best 18-hole net score is the overall winner.

June 6 and 7 -- The Senior Club Championship is an individual stroke play event open to all members 50 years of age and above.
June 25, 26, 27 -- From year to year the Hidden Creek Member-Guest continues to surpass expectations and top the performances of previous year's events.
The Member-Guest is a three-day, four-ball competition similar in format to the Member-Member.
Teams compete in five nine-hole matches within six-team flights. On Friday, June 26 each team plays three matches. Saturday, June 27 each team plays two matches.

The President's Cup is the year's largest stroke play tournament. The event is open to all members of the Hidden Creek MGA.
Individuals seeking to participate in the 2026 Club Championship Champions Flight must complete two stroke-play qualifying rounds between July 13 and August 5. Competitors may play three rounds of stroke play from the blue tees. The best two rounds will count. The top 15 qualifiers will be seeded in the Championship Flight, which begins Friday, August 7.
Sunday, July 26 -- Form a two-man scramble team for a one-day, casual tournament honoring past members of Hidden Creek Country Club.
August 7, 8, 9 -- The Club Championship is a flighted match play event offering players at all levels to compete for the champion's trophy. The event includes flights for all handicap levels and the Championship flight, from which the Club's 2026 Champion will compete. All members are invited to qualify for the Championship flight. All other participants are flighted according to their handicap.
August 23 -- The breakfast tournament series offers players of all levels a chance to meet other members and hone your skills in a variety of team formats.
